Our story
Let me quickly chronicle the journey: In May of 2002, I left a career in IT consulting focused on Microsoft solutions. I held an MCSE and was involved in large projects, but felt something was missing from the scary world of technology…
The personal touch.
It was important to me to focus on personalized solutions for clients, which is why I founded Lexiter Technologies, Inc. in September of 2002. Lexiter partnered with Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Barracuda, HP and Norton – just to name a few – because we wanted to be everything to our clients.
We soon grew to a sizable company, and an opportunity with a licensing firm in St. Louis allowed us to take Lexiter to the next level in 2005, gaining more clients and extending our reach into new markets. Lexiter was purchased along with the name, and Dalechek Enterprises, Inc. replaced it. The licensing firm was sold in 2007, and I once again was on my own as an engineer, focusing on what I knew best: Microsoft.
As the world began to discover the Cloud, I soon realized my consulting days of email upgrades were coming to an end. To adapt to the up-and-coming technology, I knew I needed to add smart, like-minded technologists around me who had different Microsoft skillsets. On August 12, 2013, I hired the second Dalechek Enterprises, Inc. employee.
Our focus? Personalized Microsoft solutions.
As the team grew, we changed our name to Dalechek Technology Group to reflect our knowledge of the industry, and as Dalechek Technology Group began moving companies to the Cloud, we discovered our personalized focus was shifting as well. Clients still needed the personalized touch for Microsoft Solutions, but they also needed it for the end-users. In December of 2014, Dalechek Technology Group began its Managed Services Provider (MSP) program, which allowed us to keep our services personal.
Today and beyond
Today, after 16 years in business, I am proud of the team we’ve assembled and the versatile programs we now offer. Dalechek Technology Group is a Managed, Gold, Microsoft Partner, Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP), Tier 1 Direct Reseller of Azure and Office 365. We provide Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) for clients’ current, short- and long-term business objectives, and show them how to achieve those objectives using technology.
