Network Management covers the procedures, methods, and tools needed to effectively operate, administrate and maintain networks. Our Network Management Managed Services Program will be fully monitored on a 24/7 schedule. Dalechek will supervise all the key parameters and alerts for any warning or error condition. All the alerts will be manually verified to avoid false alerts and then, depending on the kind of alert, escalated to our team for incident resolution or the client.

PROGRAM LIMITATIONS

Through our Network Management MSP program, Dalechek will support the following vendors: Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, APC, and CyberPower. Additionally, Dalechek will support the following devices: firewalls, switches, WiFi access points, routers, controllers and UPS.

Please note: For Network Support, your device will be required to be running a supported firmware version, not be EOL, must be a manageable device (CLI, SNMP, etc) and must have an active support contract.
