Rick's Background

Rick Dalechek has 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, providing consultative services and strategic direction for clients. He started Lexiter Technologies in 2002 as a Microsoft and Cisco Partner focusing on implementation of Microsoft Products and Cisco Wireless. After the company was sold in 2005, he stayed on as president of the consulting division for a time. He then created Dalechek Enterprises, Inc., focusing only on Microsoft consulting services. Seven new employees and an expansion to Tampa, Florida later, they grew to become Dalechek Technology Group (DTG). Rick is proud of DTG and confident in each and every team member in the group. He believes that their services begin and end with the client. “We are a people company first, a technology company second.”


When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid runner, biker, and hiker and loves to be outdoors.

As one of the original seven employees to DTG, Sara is a experienced sales consultant focused on Microsoft solutions with the goal of solving our customer’s problems through innovations in technology.  Her job is to make our customers lives easier via streamlined Microsoft business solutions that increase their ROI, and provide a competitive advantage over their competition.  In her role, Sara makes sure the right resources are involved in the customer’s projects so they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.  She is usually accomplishing this service with a warm and friendly wit.
